Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Loreweaver mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Loreweaver is an AI-powered visual RPG that uses Google Gemini to generate text and images. The App features AI-generated visuals for every scene, character creation, RPG mechanics including stats, inventory, and combat, and support for multiple genres. The content generated by the AI is dynamic and may vary with each use.

Subscriptions

Loreweaver offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. To request a refund, please visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

AI-Generated Content

The App uses Google Gemini to generate text and image content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or predictable.
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
• You are responsible for how you use or share any content generated through the App.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and is not controlled by us.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws.
• Attempt to bypass any content filters or safety mechanisms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated content created through your use of the App is subject to the terms of the underlying AI service providers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation, availability, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
